I got my brother a gift subscription and the coffee showed up right on time. He ended up really liking it, so I’m glad I went with this

The coffee tasted really fresh and smooth, so I’m happy with it overall. That said, one of the bags was a bit lighter than I usually like, which made me wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes. Not saying there’s a coffee bean conspiracy or anything... but I’m keeping an eye on it.

I mean, the website is fine overall and I did eventually find the coffee I was looking for, so maybe I’m being a little picky? But it definitely took more clicking around than I expected, and a few pages felt kind of slow. The menu could be clearer too, because I kept wondering if I was missing something obvious.
Checkout worked in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just wasn’t the smoothest shopping experience, especially on my phone. I’d probably use it again, but hopefully they clean things up a bit because I feel like it could be much easier

"Better than I expected for the price"
I’ve ordered from kaffebox.no a few times now, and it’s been a bit better than I expected. I wasn’t sure if the value would really be there compared to just buying coffee locally, but the coffee has been fresh and I’ve gotten to try beans I definitely wouldn’t find in my usual shop. It’s not always the cheapest option if you go through a lot of coffee, but considering the quality, it feels fair. Shipping has been fine as well. Solid 4 stars from me.

The box showed up safe and everything inside looked good. Nothing was bent, crushed, or messy. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I was kind of relieved by how well it was packed.

I had to reach out to kaffebox.no about my order because after paying, I didn’t really get much info or any proper update, which always makes me a little uneasy.
The customer service person was polite enough when they finally replied, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to send another message before I got a clear answer. I’m not the most trusting when it comes to customer service, so waiting around didn’t exactly help.
It did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just think they could be quicker and a lot clearer with updates, especially after someone has already paid.

I’ve been liking the range they offer, especially since they have both lighter and darker roasts. It’s nice because I don’t feel stuck with one style, and I can try different beans without worrying I’ll get bored or end up with something too far from what I usually like.

I’ve ordered from Kaffebox a few times now, it’s been a relief. I’m tired of services where you have to keep checking, following up, or wondering where your stuff is, but these deliveries have shown up when they said they would. The tracking is clear, nothing has been missing so far, and it’s just been easy. At this point, I feel like I can trust them and not think about it too much...

I wasn’t totally sure how simple it would be to change my subscription, but it’s actually been really easy. I can pause it, adjust how often the coffee comes, or switch things around without much trouble. It’s nice for times when I’m out of town or, when I still have beans left and don’t need more yet. Nothing fancy, but it works the way you’d hope.
